I got this for my sister and she absolutely loved it! The wrapping was really cute too, which made it feel even more special.

I ordered from Luna & Rose the delivery experience was frustrating. The tracking barely updated, and my parcel arrived much later than the date shown at checkout. I ended up having to email them just to find out what was going on. The item itself was fine once it finally got here, but the wait was annoying. I think other customers would probably feel the same, especially if they were ordering for a gift or needed it by a certain date. I’m not sure I’d order again if timing mattered.

I thought these were going to fit better, especially since I did check the size guide and all that. The top ended up being tight on me, but then the bottoms were kind of loose in a weird way, so I’m not sure if it was just the style or what. The material seemed decent enough from what I could tell, but the sizing just felt really inconsistent. I wanted to like it, but I’d probably be hesitant to order clothes from here again unless the sizing info gets clearer...

There was a bit of a sizing mix-up with my order, and I had to go back and forth with support a few times. Not totally sure what happened on their end, but they did eventually fix it. Took a little longer than I’d hoped, but it was fine in the end

I ordered the gold necklace and in person it looked way more yellow and shiny than it did in the photos. The finish kinda made it look a little cheap too. I’ll still wear it, but yeah it’s not really what I thought I was getting

I got this necklace because I wanted something I could wear every day and not have to think too much about, like if I forgot to take it off before a shower. I’m the kind of person who misplaces jewelry if I take it off too often, so I try to keep things simple. Anyway, it looked really when it arrived, and I was excited about it. But after a few showers, it started looking kind of dull, and the clasp began acting strange. Maybe that’s partly on me for assuming it could handle water better, but for the price, I expected it to hold up a little more. It was cute for a bit, just didn’t really last the way I hoped...

The tracking updates were clear and simple to keep an eye on. I liked that I could see each step without having to guess where things were...

I kinda ordered from Luna & Rose on impulse after staring at the product photos way too many times, and I’m glad I did. When it arrived, my immediate reaction was basically, “Oh good, it actually looks like the pictures.” The color, size, and little details were all really close to what was shown online.

I’ve been burned before by stuff showing up totally different from the photos, so this was such a relief. No weird surprises, no disappointment — just exactly what I thought I was getting. I’d definitely order again.

The closure does stay shut, so that part works fine. The clasp just feels a little fiddly to use, like you have to mess with it a bit to get it closed.

It’s not bargain-bin cheap or anything, but the quality lined up with what I paid. Also, I didn’t get hit with any random surprise fees at checkout, which I appreciated. I’d order again.

I’m careful about earrings because my ears get itchy and irritated really easily with cheaper ones. I wore these for most of the day and didn’t notice any redness or discomfort, which was a relief. I’m still not pushing my luck and will probably keep an eye on how my ears react over time, but so far they’ve been a good choice. Took off one star because shipping was a little slower than I expected, but the earrings themselves are really nice.

It felt a bit like I was filling in the gaps myself, which isn’t ideal when sustainability is part of the appeal.

The item itself was fine, so it’s not like I had a terrible experience or anything, but I did come away feeling a little disappointed. If a brand is leaning that much into the sustainable angle, I think the transparency needs to be stronger

I’m into the fact that Luna & Rose talks about ethical production and doing things in small batches. It definitely feels more thoughtful than the usual fast fashion stuff. That said, I’m always a little wary when a brand uses really polished, feel-good language, because it can sound nice without saying much. I’d love to see more concrete details, like factory info or proof behind the claims. Overall though, I do feel good about them so far.

I’m usually cautious about spending too much time on unfamiliar sites, but this one was simple to use. I found what I needed quickly without having to click around a bunch.

I ordered a pearl necklace and a gemstone ring, and my snap judgment when I opened the package was that they were cute. The pearls looked nice, but they weren’t all that even, and the gemstone seemed a bit dull compared to the photos. I’ll still wear them, but for the price, I was expecting the quality to feel a little better.
